The following prices are for the price of the room depending on the period you wish to visit us. Reservation information

To make a reservation, it is necessary that 30% of the total amount of your stay either by bank deposit ALPHA BANK ...................... or by mailing a check on the data you find in Contact menu. Your reservation is considered valid after confirmation of the deposit. In any case we will contact you by phone.

Payment on site can be done in cash.

Cancellation policy

Confirmation of availability on the part of the rooms for a date not booking to considered valid reservation and definitive must be accompanied by payment. If passed the deadline without giving advance reservation may be canceled. Because the number of rooms is small we have to follow a strict cancellation policy.

If the reservation is canceled:

• 21 or more days before the arrival date of the visitor - client, then the prepayment is returned (possible expenses are charged to the client - visitor).
• 12 to 20 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, then returned to him 50% of the deposit (possible expenses are charged to the client - visitor).
• 11 or less days before the arrival date of the visitor - client, then no refund of the prepayment - visitor.

Terms of arrival and departure

Check in at the hotel (check in): 14:00 - 22:30

Departure time from the hotel (check out): 08:00 - 12:00

Any extension of departure (check out) is charged with legal charges.

Note:

For your convenience, if you arrive late or very early, we advise you to inform us in advance, using the Guest comments box on the booking form or contact form.

(Different arrival and departure times can be made after your request and if practicable)

Where:

• Early arrival between 6:00 and 11:00, bear 40% of the daily rate. (Negotiable)
• Early departure visitors - guest is charged 50% of the remaining years of residence (Article 3 n.1652 / 10.30.1986)
• Extra stay until 18:00 bear 50% of the daily rate
• Eve after 18:00 (upon availability), the entire charge to the value lodging

Complete Purchase

To be considered a reservation that has completed required:

• H receipt of deposit (30% of the total price night for all days of the stay agreed, but not less than the equivalent of one day) and
• H written acceptance of the reservation by the contact of the hotel

Room Rates
